Our rental units are all newer buildings with 6 to 9 private bedrooms. Each have 2 to 3 full bathrooms. A couple has a private ensuite.

Kitchen are fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, extra freezer. Some also has a dishwasher

Our rental units are all located in quiet and safe residential neighborhood

Hydro, heat and water included (with a  cap in Peterborough) . Free unlimited fiber optic internet connection included

Both regular and express bus to University/College are within short walking distance

All rental units have onsite washer and dryer. The one in Lindsay is coined operated

Our units are furnished with a double/twin bed, a large desk and chair. Each room has either built in closet, shelving or a wardrobe. Some have a dresser with mirror.

Our units all comply with  relevant build code and have rental license where applicable. Each room is equipped with CO and smoke detector for your safety
